Team Inspire is the Swedish National team in synchronized skating team. The team was founded in 2020 and is based in Landvetter, Sweden. Team Inspire consists of skaters from different backgrounds, spanning across synchronized skating and single skating. The members live in different geographic areas in and outside of Gothenburg with an age ranging from 16 to 26.
Our target is to build an elite and challenging atmosphere that is sustainable in the long term. We achieve this through psychological and physical training at the highest level. A balance between intense activity and active rest creates a foundation for great performances as well as personal growth. The weekly programs include practices on and off ice, dancing, mental training, theory, stretching, and strength and cardio workouts. During the 22/23 season, we competed at Leon Lurje Trophy in Gothenburg, Spring Cup in Milan and World Synchronized Skating Championships in Lake Placid.
